This is a single-layer antireflection coating for silicon using a quarter-wave thick silicon nitride at a wavelength of 650nm. Three different thicknesses are used in the simulation. Notice that the transmission is zero below a wavelength of 1um. This is due to the absorption in the 400um thick silicon substrate.
