This is a rectangular 4um-wide slab waveguide with core index of 1.48 and clad of 1.47. The overlap integral is performed by displacing the mode 10um laterally so that the integral represents the coupling coefficient kappa, which is 0.000378/um. The coupling distance then becomes pi/(2*kappa) = 4155um.
